This is a 2017 Shooter’s Summit replay on a fascinating topic..the 4th Rule in gun safety. Col. Jeff Cooper created the 4 Rules that appear at every gun range, firearms book or DVD and even on some YouTube videos. Violate any of the rules and you could have a catastrophic event. Wayne talks about the 4th rule (Be aware of what’s in front of your target and beyond it) and why it’s so important to people who carry a gun for a living or self-defense.
